	Aquafine UV systems are available with a variety of design features that meet the stringent criteria of the cGMP and full acceptance by the FDA. One such feature involves minimizing the length of the drain piping, thereby eliminating dead-legs. Optional high-grade finishes superior to RA15 are available and our sanitary connections conform to the USDA 3A standard.

	Every Aquafine UV monitoring system can be field calibrated and elastomers are able to withstand hot water sanitization to 194°F (90°C) for 4 hours, or steam sterilization according to standard operating procedures. Sample ports are standard on most models to further facilitate the validation process. All alarm points are easy to set and test. Lamps and quartz sleeves are easily replaced by one technician. Lamps can also be changed out online without breaking into the system. Still another important feature is how drain ports allow for full drainage of the system.

	Aquafine's owner manuals are considered the best in the industry - fully documented with startup procedures, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting guidelines. They also include many illustrations such as electrical schematics and assembly drawings, along with a complete listing of all part numbers. FDA approved materials of construction for all components are identified. In fact, because our manuals are so thorough, portions and paraphrases are often incorporated into the validation documents.
